Elementary Coordinator
The Elementary Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Kids Minister in the development and execution of a comprehensive elementary ministry that effectively facilitates the spiritual foundation and discipleship of children, ages 1st grade through 4th grade with The Cross Church high-expectation culture and mission to "Spread God's Fame by Making Disciples of All People". The Elementary Coordinator reports to the Kids Minister.
Worship Production Coordinator
The Worship Production Coordinator provides audio, video, and lighting support for weekend services as well as midweek and special events in coordination with ministries within The Cross Church high expectation culture and mission to “Spread God’s Fame by Making Disciples of All People”. The Worship Production Coordinator reports to the Worship Production Manager.
Student Ministry Associate to Girls
The Student Ministry Associate to Girls is responsible for partnering with the student ministry team to develop and lead a ministry to girls, grades 7 through 12, focused on evangelism, teaching, and discipleship within The Cross Church high-expectation culture and mission to “Spread God’s Fame by Making Disciples of All People.” This position reports to the Student Pastor.
Student Ministry Junior High Coordinator
The Student Ministry Junior High Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the student ministry team to develop and lead a ministry to Junior High students, grades 7 and 8, focused on evangelism, teaching, and discipleship in our high-performance culture to accomplish our mission to “Spread God’s Fame by Making Disciples of All People.” This position reports to the Student Pastor.
Care Staff: Early Learning Academy
Care staff are responsible for providing a safe, healthy, and loving environment to preschool children. Staff should agree with The Cross Church’s faith statement and be committed to the spiritual development of children in a Christian environment through the regular and ongoing programming provided by The Cross Church children’s ministry, contributing to the high-performance culture and mission to "Spread God’s Fame by Making Disciples of all People."
